FAQ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Question: Is your company a manufacturing factory?

Answer: Yes, we are a manufacturing factory we have our production workshops located in a small city called “Xinyu City”, which is in China mainland.

Question: What is the leading time? (Main FAQ)

Answer: The lead time should be 2 to 7 business days after payment.

Question: What about the shipping time? How can we get the cargo?

Answer:

  • 5 to 7 days by express, DHL, TNT, UPS, FedEx, China EMS, or Special express.
  • 5 to 10 days by air.
  • 10 to 30 days by sea or by post air mail.

Question: Can we have our brand and use our label?

Answer: of course, you can use your brand and we provide OEM service, and also we can provide labeling service.
OEM/ODM/Labeling Service is all acceptable, for OEM, ODM, and Labeling service we have MOQ requirements, and we can discuss the minimum order quantity.

Question: How about your after-sales service?

Answer: If you find that the goods have any quality problem and default, we can offer maintenance service for free or replace it for free, and we can teach you how to do system debugging and how to install our products.

Question: What type of payment is accepted?

Answer: T/T, D/A, D/P, L/C, Western Union, Paypal, escrow.

Question: What is the valid time of your quotation?

Answer: 30 days,  for a great project, the price quotation valid time can last for 6 months.

Question: Do you quote EXW, FOB, CFR, or CIF prices?

Answer: All EXW, FOB, CFR, or CIF prices are available.
Most customers require FOB price, if need to include transportation cost and insurance cost, we can add them according to actual cargo volume or cargo weight.
Remark: Sea freight is calculated as per the cargo’s packing size, and air freight cost or express fee is calculated as per cargo’s gross weight.

Question: Can we have free samples?

Answer: According to our company policy, Samples are chargeable and payable, and our products are high-value cargo, every product has production cost and material costs, and our worker every month need our company to pay them a reasonable salary for their hard work.

Thank you for your understanding that we do not offer free samples, and thank you for your support of our business.

Question: How to install and assemble your product after we buy it?

Answer: For every product we have an Installation Manual, and you can do the installation and assemble jobs as per the Installation Manual, Some of our products even have installation demos, and you can do as per the videos, we also have professional technician to teach you how to install.
