Thermal cord, also named “thermosensitive wire” or “thermal ignition wire”, is one of the core components of automatic detonation or automatic fire extinguishing equipment, it consists of three different gunpowder core leads wrapped in a layer of plastic, includes the composition of gunpowder which makes it spontaneous combustion, so it can self ignite at a certain temperature, it is a tool for detecting temperature and automatically activating fire extinguishing systems.

It is generally produced and manufactured by military enterprises, and if fire protection enterprises need to purchase it, they usually need to provide many qualifications and application file materials.

Currently, from a global perspective, this product can only be manufactured by Chinese military enterprises, so it is difficult for foreign enterprises to purchase it separately, and can only be purchased as an accessory and together with firefighting equipment.
