We have successfully developed 10g, 12g, and 20g guide rail hot aerosol fire extinguishing devices, and many customers have asked us whether we have models with a higher capacity.
We are pleased to announce that the 30-gram model has now been successfully developed.
Some adjustments have been made to the internal structure of the 30-gram rail-mounted fire extinguisher. These adjustments aim to create more internal space to accommodate 30 grams of fire-extinguishing agent.
The 30-gram distribution board rail fire extinguisher not only has a greater fire-extinguishing capacity, but also activates approximately one second faster, as we have made a slight adjustment to the layout of the thermosensitive wire. The response time is now marginally faster following this adjustment.
A 30-gram rail-mounted fire extinguisher is typically not limited to small-sized meter boxes and distribution boards, but can also be used in larger enclosed spaces. As you are aware, based on a design density of 100 grams per cubic metre, 30 grams of extinguishing agent can cover a volume of 0.3 cubic metres.
Therefore, when selecting from our rail-mounted series hot aerosol fire extinguishing devices, please first measure the length, width, and height of your distribution board to ensure you choose the appropriate model of rail-mounted fire extinguisher.
We currently offer a full range of rail-mounted models, namely: QRR0.01G/S/SA-EC(10G), QRR0.02G/S/SA-EC(20G), QRR0.03G/S/SA-EC(30G), and QRR0.04G/S/SA-EC(40G).
Our rail-mounted fire extinguishers have a maximum capacity of 40 grams, as we are concerned that a larger quantity of extinguishing agent could have an adverse effect on the nozzle, causing it to spit flames. Our products must comply with international and domestic standards and ensure the highest quality.
