IG541 gas fire suppression system is a mixed gas fire extinguishing system, be made up of a storage cylinder and hoods, container valve, high-pressure hose, check valve, manifold relief valve, safety valve, pressure redistrict, nozzle, driving gas cylinder, Pneumatic actuator, start-up pipeline, it is an intelligent fire suppression system. According to different application areas, it is divided into a single system and a combined distribution system, its fire extinguishing method is total flooding, and it can cover a single protection zone and muti-protection zone. It has advanced technology, is perfect for fire suppression, and is easy to maintain.

IG541 fire extinguishing agent is made up of N2, Ar, and CO2 gas and combined, their mixing ratio is N2 for 52%, Ar for 40%, and CO2 for 8%; it is a purely natural gas fire extinguishing system and is now the most environmentally friendly gas fire suppression system.

ATTENTION
1. Handle with care, don’t collide and upside down.
2. Don’t put fire extinguishing agent cylinders and driving gas cylinders near heat, and don’t expose them to the sun; transportation and storage temperatures require 0 to 50 degrees centigrade, and keep dry and ventilation.
3. irrelevant personnel please do not touch the equipment in case of any accidents.
4. The device commissioning staff should be familiar with the basic structure, working principle, performance and operating procedure, and even every part’s basic structure and working status.
5. When doing remote Maintenance, please do as per operating procedure, in case of any miss-operation.
6. In the protection zone there should be no combustible and conducting dust and corrosion parts, the device can not be able to get shock or collision, in case of any please make protection for the equipment.
7. Before discharging, all people in the protection zone should leave within the delay time (0-30 seconds adjustable), and after discharging, don’t enter until waste gas is expelled.
8. For Other safety measures please obey some relative guarantees and policies.
